# All Service Leads > All Service Leads is a roofing lead-generation service that sells homeowner roofing leads to contractors and door-to-door roofing sales teams across the United States: Signature Roofing Leads at $5 per lead and Roofing Inbound Calls at $150 per call, ordered by one ZIP code and a 25 to 100 mile radius. Signature Roofing Leads have a 50-lead minimum, so the smallest order is 50 leads at $250, delivered as a list within 2-3 business days. Roofing Inbound Calls have a 5-call minimum, so the smallest order is 5 calls at $750, completed within 5 business days. Residential only: every Signature Roofing Lead and every Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner asking about the roof on their own home. We sell no commercial roofing leads. All Service Leads (formerly RoofRoof) is a lead-generation service and does not perform roofing work. We do not guarantee that any lead or call will become a sale. ## Key pages Each page below has a markdown mirror at its URL plus index.md (the home page's is https://allserviceleads.com/index.md), and each page declares its own with . - [Roofing leads, two ways](https://allserviceleads.com/services/roofing-leads/): the two products side by side, with prices, minimums and delivery windows. - [Roofing Inbound Calls](https://allserviceleads.com/services/roofing-inbound-calls/): the $150 call: what we confirm, and what a missed call means. - [Machine-readable pricing](https://allserviceleads.com/pricing.md): every price, minimum and volume rate as plain text. - [What roofing leads cost in 2026](https://allserviceleads.com/roofing-leads-cost/): published market prices, each with its publisher, date and URL, in the same table as ours. - [Cost per booked job calculator](https://allserviceleads.com/roofing-lead-calculator/): cost per contact, per appointment and per booked job from your own rates, and the close rate you need to break even. Maximum 2,000 leads per order. Roofing only, because the underlying data is roofing inquiries. We deliver the list without contacting anyone on it. Delivered to the buyer's account within 2-3 business days. - **Roofing Inbound Calls**: a homeowner with a roof problem, already on the line when you pick up. We call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. **$150.00 per call, 5-call minimum, so the smallest order is 5 calls at $750.** Maximum 100 per order. Roofing only. All calls completed within 5 business days; a record of every completed call lands in the buyer's account. - No contracts, no subscriptions, no setup fees, no ad-spend markup. Discount codes do not apply to either product. ## How It Works 1. You create an account, pick Signature Roofing Leads or Inbound Calls, enter one ZIP code, choose a radius (25 miles minimum; 50, 75 and 100 also available), and choose a quantity. 2. Before you pay, the order form shows the largest towns and cities inside your radius, so you can confirm the area. 3. Your card is charged once at checkout. The total is calculated server-side from the published price times your quantity. 4. Signature lists are prepared by hand and appear in your account as a downloadable file within 2-3 business days. Inbound Calls are completed within 5 business days, because every homeowner has to be phoned and confirmed first. You also get a text message and an email containing a link to your account, a link, not an attachment. 5. If your radius cannot fill the order, we widen the search outward from the same ZIP code until it does. Every order fills; nothing is delivered short and nothing is refunded. ## Locations / Service Area Nationwide across the United States. Buyers enter one ZIP code and choose a radius of 25 to 100 miles around it. Each downloadable file is generated from the same source data as its page and is regenerated and compared on every deploy. Hail and wind damage by state, 2024 and 2025: https://allserviceleads.com/hail-and-wind-damage-by-state/ - all 51 states ranked on hail reports, hail an inch or larger (roughly where asphalt shingles begin taking damage), the largest reported stone, damaging-wind events, tornadoes and the two months when hail concentrates, counted from the NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information Storm Events Database (https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/access/storm-events-database/). The counts are NOAA's, reproduced without adjustment and attributed to NOAA; the compilation is ours. Texas, for example, had 1,453 hail reports in 2025, 1,302 of them an inch or larger, the biggest measuring 6 inches, concentrated in April and May. Hawaii had none. Each state page carries its own figures. Files: https://allserviceleads.com/data/hail-and-wind-damage-by-state.csv (102 rows, one per state per year) and https://allserviceleads.com/data/hail-and-wind-damage-by-state.json (the same rows with the NOAA source files and a definition of every column). Licensed CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/); the page's "Cite this data" section gives the citation. Roofing license requirements by state: https://allserviceleads.com/roofing-license-by-state/ - whether each state requires a license, a registration, or nothing at state level for roofing contractors, researched against official state sources (licensing boards, contractor registries and statutes), re-checked by a second reader who fetched the cited source, and dated 2026-09-05. Of the 50 states published, 23 require a state license, 15 require state-level registration, and 12 leave it to city and county governments. Hawaii is deliberately absent: no official Hawaii source could be loaded to confirm it, so nothing is published rather than a guess. Files: https://allserviceleads.com/data/roofing-license-by-state.csv (50 rows, one per state) and https://allserviceleads.com/data/roofing-license-by-state.json (the same rows, plus the date checked and the states not covered). Licensed CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/); the page's "Cite this data" section gives the citation. It is a compilation of official sources, not legal advice. All Service Leads sells contact data and does not check whether a buyer is licensed; licensing is the buyer's responsibility. That page also crosses the two datasets: across the 50 states with both answers, the states requiring no state license averaged 309 hail reports in 2025, those requiring registration averaged 189, and those requiring a license averaged 116. 8 states sit above the 106-report median and require no state license at all: Texas, Missouri, Colorado, South Dakota, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia and Indiana. Read that as geography rather than cause - hail concentrates through the middle of the country and those states also happen to regulate contracting lightly - and note that a low barrier is low for everyone, which is why a lead in a hail market does not cost what a lead costs elsewhere. ## Contact - Website: https://allserviceleads.com - Phone: (301) 578-2467 - Email: info@roofroof.solutions - Order: https://allserviceleads.com ## Key Facts - Two products only: Signature Roofing Leads (a list) and Roofing Inbound Calls (a connected call). The difference is whether we have called the homeowner and put them on the line with you. - The Inbound Call confirmation is three confirmations and nothing more. We call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. We run no other check on the homeowner or the property. "Signature" is a product name; no signed document exists or is delivered. - Ordering is by a single ZIP code plus a radius. Minimum radius 25 miles; 50, 75 and 100 also offered. No ZIP code lists, no county or state selection, no excluding ZIPs inside the radius. - Signature lists are delivered within 2-3 business days, into the buyer's account as a downloadable file, with a text and email link. Inbound Calls are completed within 5 business days. No part of this service is instant. - A list row carries name, phone, property address and the roof issue the homeowner reported. It is a contact list, not an appointment. We do not state the age of any row. - Radius circles around neighboring ZIP codes overlap. We make no claim of sole or one-time sale of any homeowner. - Unusable list rows (disconnected phone, address outside the purchased radius, duplicate row, plainly not a real person) reported within 7 calendar days are replaced at no charge. - Orders placed under earlier models (the per-lead model before August 21, 2026; the connected-call product, now the Roofing Inbound Call, at $150 between August 21-24; Unverified/Verified Leads between August 24-27) continue on the terms that applied when they were placed. ## What Makes Us Different The two products differ in how much work is done before a homeowner reaches you. A Signature Roofing Lead is a homeowner's inquiry about their roof exactly as it came to us, unworked: $5 a lead, and the first call is yours. A Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner we have phoned and confirmed on the three points under Key Facts, then connected to you live: $150. Same radius either way. You enter one ZIP code and we cover your radius, 25 to 100 miles, so a contractor who does not know the local geography can still buy correctly. ## What is a Signature Roofing Lead? A Signature Roofing Lead is a homeowner near you who recently asked about a roof, delivered as a row in a list: name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, exactly as the row came to us. It costs $5 a lead with a 50-lead minimum ($250 to start), is ordered from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, and lands in your account within 2-3 business days; we deliver the list without contacting anyone on it, and "Signature" is the product's name, not a sign that the homeowner signed anything. ## What is a roofing inbound call? A Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner with a roof problem who is already on the line when you answer. We do the dialing: we call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. No list to work, no voicemail, no chasing. You pick up, you set the inspection. $150 a call, 5-call minimum ($750 to start), completed within 5 business days. A homeowner who answers no to any of the three is not connected to you and does not count against your order. A call you do not answer does count: the homeowner's confirmed details are delivered to your account instead, and it is not replaced. ## What is an aged roofing lead? An aged roofing lead is a homeowner inquiry that was submitted weeks or months earlier and is resold later at a low price; Aged Lead Store, a company that sells them, describes aged roofing leads as coming "from consumers who filled out online forms requesting roofing services weeks or months ago" and prices them from roughly $0.25 to $1.50 per lead (March 20, 2026, https://agedleadstore.com/roofing-leads-cost-guide/). All Service Leads does not sell leads by age and does not publish an age for any row, so Signature Roofing Leads carry no age label at all; what we do state is that every row is a homeowner who asked about a roof, with name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported. ## Are Signature Roofing Leads shared with other roofers? A shared roofing lead is a homeowner inquiry the seller sends to several contractors at once; industry sources describe three to five roofers per shared lead (BaaDigi, March 3, 2026), while a sole-buyer lead is one the seller promises to deliver to a single contractor. All Service Leads makes no claim of sole or one-time sale of any homeowner: orders are cut from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, radius circles drawn around neighboring ZIP codes overlap, and a homeowner inside your radius may also appear on another roofer's list. What you pay for is the row itself at $5 per lead, or, with a Roofing Inbound Call at $150, our call confirming that homeowner and connecting them to you live. ## How much do roofing leads cost in 2026? Published roofing lead prices in 2026 run from about $50 to $500 per lead depending on the channel, the lead quality and how many contractors receive the same lead, according to ActiveProspect's guide "How much do roofing leads cost?" (March 2, 2026, https://activeprospect.com/blog/roofing-leads-cost/). All Service Leads sells Signature Roofing Leads at $5.00 per lead (50-lead minimum, so $250 to start; $4.50 each at 100 leads and $4.00 each at 200 or more, maximum 2,000) and Roofing Inbound Calls at $150.00 per call (5-call minimum, so $750 to start; maximum 100), the same price in every state, with no contract, subscription or setup fee. The full comparison table is on the cost page linked under Key pages. ## Where do door knockers get roofing leads? Door knockers get roofing leads two ways: by canvassing streets cold, which Fixr lists among local marketing channels at $0 to $50 per lead (https://www.fixr.com/pros/roofing-leads, undated), or by buying a list of homeowners who already asked about a roof and knocking those addresses first. All Service Leads sells that list as Signature Roofing Leads: $5 a lead with a 50-lead minimum ($250 to start), ordered from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, delivered to your account within 2-3 business days, so a 100-lead order ($450) is 100 addresses with a name, phone number and reported roof issue to knock before the cold streets. - Each row carries the homeowner's name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, exactly as the row came to us. - The list is a CSV file in your account that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM; you also get a text message and an email with a link to it. - Before you pay, the order form shows the towns your radius covers, so a crew that does not know the local geography can still buy the right area. - We deliver the list without contacting anyone on it. The knock, the call or the text is yours, including scrubbing against the National Do Not Call Registry under your own subscription and following the calling-hours rules in your state. ## Frequently Asked Questions Prices, delivery, area, replacements and contracts are answered in the sections above. The full FAQ is at https://allserviceleads.com/faq/index.md. **Q: What exactly do you confirm before an Inbound Call?** A: Those three confirmations and nothing else: that the homeowner owns the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote. We run no other check on the homeowner or the property. If a homeowner we connected to you turns out to fail any of the three, report it within 7 calendar days and the call is replaced under the terms. **Q: Do I need an account?** A: Yes. Your list is delivered into your account rather than as a file attached to a text message, because carriers drop attachments and links survive. It also means you can re-download the list later. **Q: Can I call or text everyone on the list?** A: How you contact them is your responsibility, including scrubbing against the National Do Not Call Registry under your own subscription and following the calling-hours rules in your state. The terms of service set this out in full and buyers agree to it at checkout. ## Optional - [Terms of service](https://allserviceleads.com/terms): the replacement rules and what the buyer agrees to at checkout; mirrored at https://allserviceleads.com/terms.md. - [Support](https://allserviceleads.com/support): billing, cancellation and delivery questions; mirrored at https://allserviceleads.com/support.md. - [Privacy policy](https://allserviceleads.com/privacy): mirrored at https://allserviceleads.com/privacy.md.
