This Privacy Policy explains how All Leads Services ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares the information you provide when you submit a roofing inquiry through one of our landing pages or contact forms. It applies to homeowners who fill out the form to request a roof inspection, quote, or repair consultation.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us through the form:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address (if you provide one)
• Property address (street, city, state, zip)
• Whether you own the property
• The roof issue you described and any other details you typed in
• Optional: a time you'd prefer for an inspection

Information collected automatically when you visit the page:

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
• The page that referred you to us and any UTM parameters from the ad or link you clicked
• Pages you viewed and approximate time spent
• Cookies and similar identifiers as described in section 4

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Match your inquiry with a licensed roofing contractor in your area
• Confirm we received your submission via SMS or email
• Coordinate any appointment time you selected
• Notify our internal operations team that a new inquiry has come in
• Detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions (we suppress repeat submissions from the same phone + zip within a 30-day window)
• Measure how well our advertising is working and improve future ads
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with the following recipients:

• The licensed roofing contractor we match you with. When your submission matches a contractor's coverage area, we deliver your name, phone, email (if provided), property address, and roof issue to that contractor so they can contact you about the inspection or quote. Contractors are contractually prohibited from reselling your information or using it for any purpose other than contacting you about your roofing inquiry.
• Service providers we use to operate the website. Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Supabase (database hosting), Netlify (web hosting), Cloudflare (security and bot protection), and Stripe (used elsewhere on our site for contractor billing — not used to charge you). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
• Meta (Facebook). If you arrived from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we send hashed versions of your contact details and event data to Meta through the Conversions API so we can measure ad performance and improve future targeting. Hashing is one-way SHA-256 — Meta cannot recover your raw email or phone from the hash.
• Google Tag Manager and RetargetIQ. Used to coordinate analytics tags and ad retargeting on our marketing pages.
• Legal compliance. We will disclose information if required by a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone outside the categories above.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our landing pages use the following:

• Meta Pixel — measures conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads. Drops _fbp (first-party) and reads _fbc (set by Meta when you click a sponsored ad).
• Google Tag Manager — a container that loads our other tags based on configuration.
• RetargetIQ — audience segmentation for ad retargeting.

You can opt out of Meta's ads-based profiling in your Facebook settings. You can block these scripts using browser privacy extensions. The form itself functions without any of these trackers.

5. Data Retention

• Your inquiry record (name, phone, email, address, roof issue): retained for 24 months from submission. After that, personally identifying fields are purged; anonymized aggregate data may be retained for analytics.
• Server logs (IP, user agent, request paths): retained for 30 days.
• Suppression list: if you opt out, we keep a minimal record of your phone number on a do-not-contact list so we don't accidentally re-contact you. That record is retained indefinitely for that purpose only.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Stop SMS by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us or from the contractor you were matched with.
• Stop calls by asking the contractor (or us) to remove you from the list.
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction of anything inaccurate.
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations and the do-not-contact list noted above).

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you have additional rights under your state's privacy law (CCPA/CPRA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, VCDPA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as those laws define it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest for our database. Access to systems that store inquiry data is limited to a small number of authorized personnel and protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure — if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery as required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our forms are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

Our service is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you submit a form from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the landing page.
