These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you submit your information through a All Leads Services landing page or contact form to request a roof inspection, quote, or repair consultation. They are an agreement between you (the "Homeowner" or "you") and All Leads Services ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting the form, you agree to these Terms.
Short version: The form is free for homeowners. We use the information you give us to connect you with a licensed roofing contractor in your area. The contractor — not All Leads Services — handles the inspection, quote, and any actual roofing work. You can opt out of further contact at any time.
All Leads Services operates a referral service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed roofing contractors. When you submit your information through one of our landing pages, we route your inquiry to a roofing contractor who covers your area.
We are not a roofing contractor. We do not perform inspections, repairs, replacements, or any other roofing work. We do not employ the contractors we refer you to. Any work, estimate, warranty, or contract you enter into is strictly between you and the contractor you choose to work with.
Submitting an inquiry through our landing page is free. We do not charge homeowners for the inquiry, the referral, or anything else. All Leads Services is paid by the contractors who receive your inquiry — not by you.
Any cost associated with the inspection, quote, or actual roofing work is set by the contractor you choose to engage with, and is between you and that contractor.
By submitting the form, you give your express written consent to be contacted by All Leads Services and by one or more licensed roofing contractors in your area regarding your roofing inquiry. Contact may be by:
This consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS. The frequency of messages varies based on your inquiry, but typically you can expect contact within 24–48 hours of submitting the form, plus follow-ups if you do not respond.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text, asking the contractor to remove you from their list, or emailing info@roofroof.solutions with "Opt out" in the subject.
You agree that the information you submit through the form (your name, phone, email, property address, ownership status, and roof issue) is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the authority to share it. If you submit information about a property you do not own or are not authorized to act on, the inquiry may be discarded and the consent above does not bind any third party.

We cannot guarantee that you will be matched, that the contractor will accept the work, that you will agree on price, or that any inspection or work will result. If you submit an inquiry and no contractor is currently active in your area, your information will be retained briefly so we can route it if a contractor onboards, and otherwise handled per our Privacy Policy.
The roofing contractors we refer you to are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or partners of All Leads Services. We make no representations or warranties about any specific contractor's licensing status, insurance, workmanship, pricing, ethics, or business practices. You are responsible for verifying any contractor's credentials before engaging them — most U.S. states publish a licensing search through the state contractor board, and you should also confirm general liability and workers' compensation insurance before signing anything.
All Leads Services provides this referral service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), and we are not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising out of work performed by — or interactions with — any contractor referred to you. Any dispute about the roofing work itself is between you and the contractor.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this form. The Service is intended for homeowners (or persons with the homeowner's authorization) inquiring about residential roofing work.
