Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the lead marketplace platform ("Service") operated by All Leads Services, doing business as RoofRoof ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
All Leads Services is a self-serve lead marketplace for home-service contractors. We generate verified, exclusive leads across roofing, pest control, and HVAC and deliver them to you based on your order specifications (vertical + geo + quantity).
2. Ordering and Payment
To place an order you select a service vertical (roofing, pest control, or HVAC), a geography (state, county, or zip code), and a lead quantity. Each verified lead costs $100 across all verticals. When you place an order, your payment method is charged in full at checkout for the order total — quantity multiplied by $100, less any applicable coupon discount.
Important: Your card is charged the full order amount at the time of order placement. There are no nightly invoices, no recurring charges, and no surprise bills.
3. Pricing and Billing
Our pricing is a flat rate per verified lead:
- $100 per verified, exclusive lead (roofing, pest control, or HVAC)
- The full order total (quantity × $100, minus any coupon) is charged upfront at checkout
- Leads are delivered between 8 am and 8 pm EST, Monday through Friday
- Your first lead is expected within 24–48 hours of placing your order
- Your order auto-closes when all requested leads have been delivered
4. Transparent Pricing
You always know what you'll pay. Every lead costs $100 — no variable ad spend, no markups, no hidden fees. Your total cost is simply $100 multiplied by the number of leads ordered, charged once at checkout.
5. Order Completion, Cancellation, and Refunds
- An order auto-closes when the requested quantity of leads has been delivered
- If an order has not been fully filled after 21 days, it is automatically closed
- You may cancel an active order at any time through your dashboard — cancellation stops new leads from being delivered going forward
- Because the full order is paid upfront, refunds for any undelivered leads following a cancellation or expiry are processed manually. To request a refund for the unfilled portion of an order, email info@roofroof.solutions after cancelling and we will refund the undelivered count via Stripe (typically within 5–10 business days)
- Leads that were already delivered prior to cancellation or expiry are non-refundable
6. Lead Types
Verified Lead: A homeowner who has submitted a form on our landing page, picked a service vertical (roofing / pest control / HVAC), and provided a real phone number. Includes name, phone, property address, homeowner confirmation, service vertical, and sub-category detail.
Booked Appointment: A verified lead who has also selected a time slot for the service appointment. These are bonus upgrades — if a verified lead also books an appointment, you receive the appointment details at no extra cost.
7. Lead Quality Policy
- All leads are verified at intake — real homeowner, real phone, real address, confirmed service vertical
- We deduplicate leads — the same phone + address combination will not be sent within a 30-day window
- If you believe a lead is invalid (wrong number, fake information, not a homeowner, wrong vertical), you may dispute it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support
- Disputed leads are reviewed within 3 business days. If confirmed invalid, a credit will be applied to your account
8. Lead Delivery
Leads are delivered simultaneously through three channels:
- SMS: Text message to your registered phone number
- Email: Detailed email with lead information and action links
- Dashboard: Real-time appearance in your online dashboard
You may configure delivery preferences (enable/disable SMS and email) in your dashboard settings.
9. Payment Terms
- The full order total is charged at checkout — quantity × $100 per verified lead, minus any applied coupon
- If the checkout charge fails, your order is not placed and no leads are delivered
- You can update your payment method anytime from the Billing tab in your buyer dashboard
10. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel an active order at any time through your dashboard
- Leads that were already delivered prior to cancellation are non-refundable
- For undelivered leads on a cancelled or expired order: email info@roofroof.solutions after cancelling and we will manually refund the unfilled portion via Stripe (typically 5–10 business days)
- Refund requests for quality issues must be submitted within 48 hours of lead delivery
11. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate business information
- You agree not to resell leads to third parties
- You agree to contact leads in a professional manner and comply with all applicable telemarketing and communication laws
12. Limitation of Liability
All Leads Services provides leads on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, appointment, or contract. Our total liability per order is limited to the amount charged for that order.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
