Questions people ask
What does 50 miles around my ZIP code actually cover?
Type your ZIP code into the order form above and we will list the towns inside your radius before you pay anything. If it does not reach far enough, widen it to 75 or 100 miles.
Why is there a 50-door minimum?
The list is cut by hand for your specific area, so very small orders are not worth the turnaround for either of us. Fifty doors at $5 each is $250, which is where orders start.
How fresh are these homeowners?
They are people who asked about a roof, not names pulled from a property record. We do not publish an exact age for the data. If a door is unusable when you work it, tell us and we replace it under the terms.
What if my area does not have enough doors?
Leave the widen-my-search box ticked and we go past your radius to fill the order. Untick it and we will contact you before charging you for anything we cannot fill inside your area.
Do I have to create an account?
Yes. Your list is delivered into your account rather than as a file attached to a text message, because attachments get dropped by carriers and links do not. It also means you can re-download the list any time instead of hunting for an old message.
What happens if I miss a live transfer?
A transfer that does not connect is not billable. That is why the order form asks for the hours you can genuinely answer — we only dial inside them.
Can I call or text everyone on the list?
You are responsible for how your business contacts them, including scrubbing against the National Do Not Call Registry under your own subscription and following the calling-hours rules in your state. Our terms of service set this out in full and you agree to it at checkout.
Do you do pest control and HVAC?
Live transfers, yes. Digital Door Knocking is roofing only for now.
