Signature Roofing Leads and Inbound Calls FAQ

Straight answers on what each product delivers, what it costs, how the radius works, and what happens when something is wrong.

Frequently asked questions

What does All Service Leads sell?

Two products, roofing only. Signature Roofing Leads are homeowners near you who recently asked about a roof, with name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, exactly as the row came to us, delivered as a list in your account at $5 a lead. Roofing Inbound Calls are $150 a call: we call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. One is raw material for your own knocking and calling; the other is a homeowner already on the line when you pick up.

Do you sell commercial roofing leads?

No. All Service Leads sells residential roofing leads only. Every Signature Roofing Lead and every Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner asking about the roof on their own home, not a business, a property manager or the owner of a commercial building. If your work is commercial roofing, neither product is built for it.

What is a Signature Roofing Lead?

A Signature Roofing Lead is a homeowner near you who recently asked about a roof, delivered as a row in a list: name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, exactly as the row came to us. It costs $5 a lead with a 50-lead minimum ($250 to start), is ordered from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, and lands in your account within 2-3 business days; we deliver the list without contacting anyone on it, and "Signature" is the product's name, not a sign that the homeowner signed anything.

What exactly do I receive with Signature Roofing Leads?

A CSV file in your account. Each row is a homeowner inside the radius you bought who recently asked about a roof, with a name, a phone number, a property address, and the roof issue they reported. It is a contact list, not an appointment and not a call. Calling the homeowners is your work. We do not state how old any row is, and we do not contact these homeowners before you do.

What is an aged roofing lead?

An aged roofing lead is a homeowner inquiry that was submitted weeks or months earlier and is resold later at a low price; Aged Lead Store, a company that sells them, describes aged roofing leads as coming "from consumers who filled out online forms requesting roofing services weeks or months ago" and prices them from roughly $0.25 to $1.50 per lead (March 20, 2026, https://agedleadstore.com/roofing-leads-cost-guide/). All Service Leads does not sell leads by age and does not publish an age for any row, so Signature Roofing Leads carry no age label at all; what we do state is that every row is a homeowner who asked about a roof, with name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported. Signature Roofing Leads are $5 a lead with a 50-lead minimum ($250), delivered to your account within 2-3 business days.

Why is it called a “Signature” lead?

It is the name of our flagship list product. It does not mean the homeowner signed a document, and no signed document is delivered with any row. We would rather tell you that plainly than have you assume otherwise.

How much do roofing leads cost?

Roofing leads from All Service Leads cost $5 a lead for a Signature Roofing Lead and $150 for a Roofing Inbound Call. A Signature Roofing Lead is a homeowner who recently asked about a roof, delivered as a row in a list with name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported; we deliver the list without contacting anyone on it. A Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner we call, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then connect to you live on the phone. Minimums are 50 leads ($250) and 5 calls ($750). Volume pricing: 100 leads at $4.50 each, 200 or more at $4.00 each. The maximum is 2,000 leads or 100 calls per order, and discount codes do not apply. Same price in every state, with no contract, subscription or setup fee. Third-party price ranges and the cost per booked job are on our roofing leads cost page.

What is a roofing inbound call?

A Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner with a roof problem who is already on the line when you answer. We do the dialing: we call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. No list to work, no voicemail, no chasing. You pick up, you set the inspection. $150 a call, 5-call minimum ($750 to start), completed within 5 business days. A homeowner who answers no to any of the three is not connected to you and does not count against your order. A call you do not answer does count: the homeowner's confirmed details are delivered to your account instead, and it is not replaced. A record of every completed call also lands in your account.

What exactly do you confirm before connecting a call?

Those three confirmations and nothing else: that the homeowner owns the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote. We run no other check on the person or the property, and we do not set the appointment; the homeowner is on the line when you pick up, and you set the appointment. If a homeowner we connected to you turns out to fail any of the three, report it within 7 calendar days and the call is replaced.

How fast is my order delivered?

Signature lists arrive within 2-3 business days. Inbound Calls are completed within 5 business days, because every homeowner has to be phoned and confirmed first. Lists are prepared by hand, then appear in your account as a file you download; you also get a text message and an email with a link. There is no faster option and no part of this service is instant.

How do I choose my area?

You enter one ZIP code and a radius around it. The minimum radius is 25 miles; 50, 75 and 100 are also available. We do not sell by ZIP code list, county or state, and individual ZIP codes inside your radius cannot be excluded. Before you pay, the order form shows the largest towns and cities inside your radius so you can confirm the area.

What area does a 50-mile radius actually cover?

A circle roughly 100 miles across, centered on the ZIP code you entered. What that contains depends entirely on where you are, which is why the order form lists the towns and cities inside your radius before you pay.

Are Signature Roofing Leads shared with other roofers?

A shared roofing lead is a homeowner inquiry the seller sends to several contractors at once; industry sources describe three to five roofers per shared lead (BaaDigi, March 3, 2026), while a sole-buyer lead is one the seller promises to deliver to a single contractor. All Service Leads makes no claim of sole or one-time sale of any homeowner: orders are cut from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, radius circles drawn around neighboring ZIP codes overlap, and a homeowner inside your radius may also appear on another roofer's list. What you pay for is the row itself at $5 per lead, or, with a Roofing Inbound Call at $150, our call confirming that homeowner and connecting them to you live.

What if my area is thin?

If your radius cannot fill the order, we widen the search outward from the same ZIP code until it does. Every order fills; nothing is delivered short and nothing is refunded.

What if a phone number on my list is bad?

Email info@roofroof.solutions within 7 calendar days of the list reaching your account and identify the rows. A row counts as unusable if the phone number is disconnected or not in service, the address is outside the radius you bought and widening did not add it, it duplicates another row in the same delivery, or the details are plainly not a real person. Confirmed rows are replaced at no charge. A homeowner who simply does not answer, does not remember asking, or changed their mind is not an unusable row.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You order from an account, your list is delivered into that account, and your Inbound Calls are connected to the phone number on it. The text message and email you receive are links back into your account rather than attachments, so homeowner contact details are not sent as a document.

Do you require a contract or subscription?

No. There are no contracts and no subscriptions. You pay once per order at checkout, and the total is calculated on our servers from the published price times the quantity you ordered.

Do you guarantee a lead will turn into a job?

No. With Signature Roofing Leads you are buying contact details. With Roofing Inbound Calls you are buying a connected call with a confirmed homeowner. Whether either becomes a job is up to your sales process, your pricing and your follow-up.

Seven buyer guides, the cost guide, the calculator and the About page go past what we sell into what the market charges and what it takes to turn a lead into a job.
