Roofing leads are a flat $100 per verified, exclusive lead. No contracts, no monthly fees, and no ad-spend markup. The minimum first order is 10 leads ($1,000), charged once at checkout.

Before a lead is sent, the homeowner receives a one-time passcode on their phone and enters it to prove the number is real, confirms they own the property, and describes the actual roof issue. You get a real homeowner with a real problem, not a form-fill.

Your first lead is expected within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order. After that, leads arrive between 8am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday, until your order is filled.

Report it within 48 hours. A wrong number, a renter, a non-existent issue, or wrong geography is reviewed and, if confirmed invalid, credited back to your account.

Yes. You pick the exact states, counties, and ZIP codes you want, down to a minimum of 10 ZIPs. Leads are generated only inside the areas you choose, with no spillover.

No. There are no contracts and no subscriptions. You pay once per order and can cancel any unfilled portion of an order at any time from your dashboard.
