A Signature Roofing Lead is a homeowner near you who recently asked about a roof, with name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, exactly as the row came to us, delivered in a list. A Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner who called about their roof, on the line when you answer.

No. All Service Leads sells residential roofing leads only. Every Signature Roofing Lead and every Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner asking about the roof on their own home, not a business, a property manager or the owner of a commercial building. If your work is commercial roofing, neither product is built for it.

A Signature Roofing Lead is a homeowner near you who recently asked about a roof, delivered as a row in a list for $3. Each row carries name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, exactly as the row came to us. The minimum is 150 leads ($450 to start), ordered from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, and the list lands in your account within 2-3 business days; we deliver it without calling or qualifying anyone on it, and "Signature" is the product's name, not a sign that the homeowner signed anything.

Signature Roofing Leads arrive as a CSV file in your account. Each row is a homeowner inside the radius you bought who recently asked about a roof, with a name, a phone number, a property address, and the roof issue they reported. It is a contact list, not an appointment and not a call. Calling the homeowners is your work. We do not state how old any row is, and we do not call or qualify these homeowners before you do. We may send each homeowner on your list one text asking whether they still need help with their roof, and send you a Bonus Lead Alert if they reply yes.

An aged roofing lead is a homeowner inquiry submitted weeks or months earlier and resold later at a low price. Aged Lead Store, a company that sells them, describes aged roofing leads as coming "from consumers who filled out online forms requesting roofing services weeks or months ago" and prices them from roughly $0.25 to $1.50 per lead (March 20, 2026, https://agedleadstore.com/roofing-leads-cost-guide/). All Service Leads does not sell leads by age and does not publish an age for any row, so Signature Roofing Leads carry no age label at all; what we do state is that every row is a homeowner who asked about a roof, with name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported. Signature Roofing Leads are $3 a lead with a 150-lead minimum ($450), delivered to your account within 2-3 business days. That costs more per row than an aged lead, so compare the two on your own contact rate.

Signature is the name of the $3 Signature Roofing Lead, the flagship list product of All Service Leads. It does not mean the homeowner signed a document, and no signed document is delivered with any row.

The $3 lead price is the same at every quantity. The maximum is 2,000 leads or 100 calls per order, and discount codes do not apply. Until the evening of October 1, 2026, a Signature Roofing Lead was $5 a lead with a 50-lead minimum. The Roofing Inbound Call has cost $150 a call, with a 5-call minimum ($750 to start), since August 30, 2026; until September 11, 2026 it was called a Roofing Live Transfer. Orders placed at the earlier prices keep the terms they were sold with.

A Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner already on the line when you answer. A homeowner in your area calls about their roof, and we connect them to you live on the phone. No list to work, no voicemail, no chasing. You pick up, you set the inspection. $150 a call, 5-call minimum ($750 to start), completed within 5 business days. A call only counts toward your order once you're connected to the homeowner for 20 seconds. A call that rings out unanswered doesn't count and doesn't use up one of your calls. A record of every completed call lands in your account.

Every call comes from 877-461-3317. Save it in your phone as "All Service Leads" so you know it's us and your phone doesn't send it to spam.

Your phone rings for about 15 seconds. When you pick up, the homeowner is already on the line. There is no recording and nothing to press, so just start talking. If it rings out, the call is gone.

Once you're connected to the homeowner for 20 seconds. A call that rings out unanswered doesn't count and doesn't use up one of your calls.

Monday to Friday, during business hours. Tell us your hours and we'll only send calls when you can pick up.

Signature lists arrive within 2-3 business days. Inbound Calls are completed within 5 business days. Lists are prepared by hand, then appear in your account as a file you download; you also get a text message and an email with a link. There is no faster option and no part of this service is instant.

You enter one ZIP code and a radius around it. The minimum radius is 25 miles; 50, 75 and 100 are also available. We do not sell by ZIP code list, county or state, and individual ZIP codes inside your radius cannot be excluded. Before you pay, the order form shows the largest towns and cities inside your radius so you can confirm the area.

A circle roughly 100 miles across, centered on the ZIP code you entered. What that contains depends entirely on where you are, which is why the order form lists the towns and cities inside your radius before you pay.

No. We don't resell our leads: each Signature Roofing Lead is sold to one roofer, and we don't sell it again to another. Across the industry, a shared lead goes to several contractors at once, three to five per lead by Aged Lead Store's count (March 20, 2026). What you pay for is the row itself at $3 per lead, or, with a Roofing Inbound Call at $150, that homeowner's call connected to you live.

If your radius cannot fill the order, we widen the search outward from the same ZIP code until it does. Every order fills; nothing is delivered short and nothing is refunded.

Signature Roofing Lead orders are final. A row that turns out to be unusable, such as a disconnected number, a duplicate, or an address outside your radius, is not replaced or refunded, so plan your calling around some rows not working out. Orders placed at the earlier prices, before the change on the evening of October 1, 2026, keep the replacement terms they were sold with (terms, section 8).

Yes. You order from an account, your list is delivered into that account, and your Inbound Calls are connected to the phone number on it. The text message and email that tell you your list is ready are links back into your account rather than attachments, so the list is not sent as a document. A Bonus Lead Alert, sent if a homeowner on your list replies yes to our text, carries that homeowner's details in the message itself.

No. An order cannot be cancelled or refunded after checkout (terms, sections 8 and 9). On current-price orders the only replacement is a Roofing Inbound Call that dropped before you and the homeowner spoke, replaced at no charge if you report it within 7 calendar days. Orders placed at the earlier prices keep the replacement terms they were sold with.

No. There are no contracts and no subscriptions. You pay once per order at checkout, and the total is calculated on our servers from the published price times the quantity you ordered.

No. With Signature Roofing Leads you are buying contact details. With Roofing Inbound Calls you are buying a connected call with a homeowner. Whether either becomes a job is up to your sales process, your pricing and your follow-up.
