What is a roofing inbound call?
A roofing inbound call is a homeowner with a roof problem who is already on the line when you answer. We do the dialing, run three confirmations, and connect the ones that pass. You never work a list for this product: your phone rings and you set the inspection.
None of this is clever. We advertise to homeowners, they tell us they have a roof problem, we phone them back, and if the answers hold we hand that conversation to your phone. What you pay for is that the dialing and the disqualifying happened before your phone rang.
That is also the honest limit of it. You are buying a conversation with a homeowner who wants a quote, not a booked inspection and not a signed job. Calls ring the phone number on your checkout, and a record of every one lands in your account. The $5 list product works the other way round: both products are compared here.
What do we confirm before the call reaches you?
Three things, and only three. We call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. We run no other check on the homeowner or the property, and we do not book the appointment for you.
- We confirm they own the home
- We confirm they have a roof problem
- We confirm they want a quote
Those three are the whole claim. We do not check the age of the roof, whether an insurance claim is in play, or whether the homeowner has a budget. A homeowner who answers no to any of the three is never connected to you and does not count against your order.
The wording is deliberate: it is the narrowest true description of the work, held to the product definition the order form and the receipt are priced from, so it cannot quietly widen into something nobody is doing.
What happens to a call you do not answer?
It counts as delivered. The homeowner has already passed the three confirmations, so the details we confirmed are delivered to your account instead and the call is not replaced. A homeowner who fails a confirmation is never connected to you and never counts against your order.
A call that drops before you speak is not a delivered call: if the line disconnects before you and the homeowner have spoken, report it and it is replaced. So is a confirmation that does not hold. If a homeowner we connected tells you they do not own the home, do not have a roof problem, or never asked for a quote, email info@roofroof.solutions within 7 calendar days and we replace the call at no charge.
What is never replaced is an outcome. A homeowner who confirmed all three to us, spoke with you, and then changes their mind is a delivered call. Orders are final once placed, there is no refund after checkout, and replacement is the only remedy. The full rules are in the terms, which you agree to at checkout.
How much does a roofing inbound call cost?
A roofing inbound call costs $150, with a 5-call minimum ($750 to start) and a maximum of 100 calls on one order. Calls are completed within 5 business days and charged once at checkout, at the same rate in every state. No contract, no subscription, no setup fee, and discount codes do not apply.
There is no ad-spend markup, no platform fee and no per-minute billing: the price is $150 for the call however long the conversation runs. The total is computed on our servers from the published price and the quantity you ordered. For more than 100 calls on one order, email info@roofroof.solutions.
What everyone else in this market charges for the same shape of product, with a source against every figure, is set out on the roofing lead cost page, and the cost per booked job calculator turns a price into the number that actually matters.
How is a roofing inbound call different from a $5 roofing lead?
One is a row you work, the other is a conversation you answer. A Signature Roofing Lead is $5: a homeowner who recently asked about a roof, delivered as a row in a list we contact nobody on. An inbound call is $150 and already has that homeowner on the phone.
| Signature Roofing Lead | Roofing Inbound Call | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $5 a lead | $150 a call |
| Minimum | 50 leads ($250 to start) | 5 calls ($750 to start) |
| What arrives | A row: name, phone number, property address and the roof issue reported | A phone call with a confirmed homeowner already on the line |
| Who dials first | You do. We contact nobody on the list | We do, and we run the three confirmations |
| Delivery | A list in your account within 2-3 business days | Calls completed within 5 business days |
| If it is unusable | Report it within 7 calendar days and the row is replaced | Report it within 7 calendar days and the call is replaced |
| Suits | A crew that will knock and dial | A closer who would rather answer the phone |
The crossover is arithmetic, not opinion: it turns on how many rows your team works in a day and how many of those homeowners you reach. Roofing leads versus inbound calls puts the two side by side per booked job, and how many leads it takes to book one job is the same question from the list side.
Is a roofing inbound call the same as pay per call?
Broadly yes. Pay per call is the industry term for buying a connected phone conversation rather than a contact record, and that is what this is: one price per call, paid per call. Other sellers describe the same thing as a transferred call, a hot transfer or a call transfer.
Buyers shop for this category under several names, which is worth saying plainly so nobody buys the same thing twice. Pay per call, a transferred call, a hot transfer and a call transfer all describe one shape of purchase: the seller phones the homeowner and hands the live conversation to the buyer.
What varies between sellers is what has to be true before the hand-off, and when a call starts counting. Ours are both stated above. Ask any other seller those two questions before comparing prices, because a cheaper call with no confirmations is a different product.
Where can you buy roofing inbound calls?
Anywhere in the United States, one ZIP code at a time. You give us one ZIP code, a radius between 25 and 100 miles, and the phone number you answer. If that radius cannot fill your order, the search widens outward from the same ZIP code until it does.
Coverage is all fifty states and the District of Columbia, with no ZIP list to build and no region to pick. Every state has a coverage page carrying its own hail and wind counts from NOAA's Storm Events Database for the last two complete years.
Residential roofing only. Every call is a homeowner asking about the roof on their own home; we do not sell commercial roofing calls, and we do not sell any other trade.
What does a roofing inbound call not include?
We make no claim that a homeowner reaches you and nobody else: orders are cut from one ZIP code and a radius, and those circles overlap between neighbouring buyers. We do not set the appointment, we do not quote the job, and we do not guarantee that any call becomes work.
We also publish no close rate, no return figure and no customer results for this product, because we have nothing to substantiate them with. What we publish instead is the price, the minimum, the window, the three confirmations and the replacement rules.
Frequently asked questions
How fast are roofing inbound calls delivered?
Calls are completed within 5 business days of the order. Every homeowner has to be phoned and taken through the three confirmations by a person first, so an order completes over business days rather than minutes.
Which phone number do the calls ring?
The number you give at checkout. It is the same number we text when an order is ready, and Inbound Calls ring it.
Is there a contract or a subscription?
No. You pay once at checkout for the calls you ordered, nothing renews, and there is no setup fee. Discount codes do not apply to either product.
What if the homeowner turns out not to own the home?
Email info@roofroof.solutions within 7 calendar days of the call and we replace it at no charge. The same applies if the homeowner tells you they do not have a roof problem or never asked for a quote.
Do you sell commercial roofing calls?
No. Residential only. Every call is a homeowner asking about the roof on their own home, and both products are roofing only.
