What is a roofing inbound call?
A Roofing Inbound Call is a $150 phone call, sold 5 to 100 at a time. A homeowner in your area calls about their roof, and we connect them to you live on the phone. You never work a list and do no dialing: your phone rings with the homeowner on the line, and you set the inspection.
We advertise to homeowners, and the ones who want help with their roof call the number in the ad. What you pay for is that the homeowner called about their roof before your phone rings.
That is also the honest limit of it. You are buying a conversation with a homeowner about their roof, not a booked inspection and not a signed job. Calls ring the phone number on your checkout, and a record of every one lands in your account. The $3 list product works the other way round: both products are compared here.
How does a roofing inbound call work?
A homeowner in your area calls the number in our ad about their roof, and your phone rings from (877) 461-3317 for about 15 seconds. You pick up with the homeowner already on the line and set the inspection yourself: no list to work and no dialing.

What happens to a call you do not answer?
If a call rings out with no answer, it is gone: it doesn't count toward your order and doesn't use up one of your calls, so you pay nothing for it. Calls ring Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time.
A call that drops before you and the homeowner have spoken is not a delivered call: report it within 7 calendar days and it is replaced.
What is never replaced is an outcome. A homeowner who spoke with you and then changes their mind is still a delivered call. Orders are final once placed and there is no refund after checkout. The full rules are in the terms, which you agree to at checkout.

One is a row you work, the other is a conversation you answer. A Signature Roofing Lead is $3: a homeowner who asked about a roof 30+ days ago, delivered as a row in a list nobody has called or qualified for you. An inbound call is $150 and already has a homeowner on the phone.
