All Service Leads is a residential roofing lead-generation service: every lead and every call is a homeowner asking about their own roof, and we sell no commercial roofing leads. Pick one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, then pay once, with no contract, subscription or setup fee.

Key takeaways:
  • $3 a lead, 150 minimum

Signature Roofing Leads

$3 a lead 150-lead minimum · $450 to start

3 to 7 roofing jobs from a $450 list, when you call and text every homeowner several times (our estimate, not a promise). That's about $64 to $150 per job.

Homeowners near you who asked about a roof 30+ days ago, priced for volume. You work the list, and we may text it for you first.

  • We may text each homeowner on your list once. YES replies go straight to your phone.
  • Comes with our list-working playbook: the exact call-and-text routine
  • In your account within 4-5 business days
Your phone rings. You set the inspection.

Roofing Inbound Calls

$150 a call 5-call minimum · $750 to start

An Inbound Call is a homeowner who called about their roof, on the line when you answer. Most of the roofing market calls this a live transfer.

  • Your phone rings with the homeowner on the line, and you set the appointment
  • The homeowner calls in; we run no check on them before connecting
  • A call counts once you're connected to the homeowner for 20 seconds

Have time to dial? By our estimate, Signature Leads usually cost less per job than a $150 call.

No time to dial? Inbound Calls ring your phone with the homeowner already on the line, completed within 5 business days.

What a lead actually looks like

Every Signature Roofing Lead row carries the homeowner's name, phone, address and the roof issue they reported, delivered as a spreadsheet file you can open in Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM. The rows below are example data, not real homeowners.

Where do door knockers get roofing leads?

Door knockers either canvass streets cold or buy a list of homeowners who already asked about a roof, such as All Service Leads' $3 Signature Roofing Lead list, and knock those addresses first (the full answer; every other channel is in how to get roofing leads).

Which states had the most hail in 2025?

Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, Tennessee and Wisconsin logged the most hail events of any state in 2025, in that order, in NOAA's Storm Events Database. Each state page carries that state's own hail, wind and tornado counts, and all 51 are ranked on hail and wind damage by state.

Hail events NOAA logged in 2025, one tile per state and DC, darker for more: under 25, 25 to 99, 100 to 199, 200 to 399, 400 or more. Each tile opens that state’s page.

What should you read before you buy?

Seven buyer guides, the NOAA storm and state licensing datasets, the cost guide, the calculator and the About page. Written for contractors deciding where to spend. Every third-party figure in them carries its publisher, its link and a date, or is marked undated, and our own prices sit in the same tables as everyone else's.

What happens if a lead or call is unusable?

A connected Inbound Call that drops before you and the homeowner have spoken is replaced at no charge when you report it within 7 calendar days. A call that rings out unanswered doesn't count against your order in the first place, so it doesn't use up one of your calls and there is nothing to replace. Each Signature Roofing Lead is sold to one roofer, and we don't sell it again to another. Signature Roofing Lead orders are final: a row that turns out to be unusable, such as a dead number, a duplicate, or an address outside your radius, is not replaced or refunded. There are no refunds and no cancellations after checkout, under sections 8 and 9 of our terms.

What do roofers ask before buying?

Roofers ask why a lead costs $3, whether we resell leads, how fast an order arrives and what happens to an unusable row. The inbound call, the area, the minimums and the account follow, and the FAQ covers the same ground in more depth.

How many jobs will I get from a list?

Our estimate, not a promise: about 3 to 7 jobs from a 150-lead list when you call and text every homeowner several times. That is about 2 to 5 jobs per 100 leads. Most people won't answer the first call. That's normal for leads that are 30+ days old, and most jobs come from the later attempts. Every order comes with our list playbook, and we may send each homeowner on your list one text first, so the ones still looking come to you.

Why only $3 a lead?

A Signature Roofing Lead costs $3 because the homeowner asked about a roof 30+ days ago and we have not called or qualified them. Some have hired someone since, some put it off, and some never got a call back. You get name, phone, address and reported roof issue, and the knocking or dialing is on you. We may send each homeowner on your list one text asking whether they still need help with their roof, and send you a Bonus Lead Alert if they reply yes. A Roofing Inbound Call costs $150 because that homeowner is calling right now and is connected to you live on the phone.

Are Signature Roofing Leads shared with other roofers?

No. We don't resell our leads: each Signature Roofing Lead is sold to one roofer, and we don't sell it again to another (the full answer).

How fast is my order delivered?

Signature lists arrive within 4-5 business days. Inbound Calls are completed within 5 business days. Lists appear in your account as a file you download; you also get a text message and an email with a link. There is no faster option and no part of this service is instant.

What if a phone number on my list is bad?

Plan your calling around some rows not working out, such as a disconnected number, a duplicate, or an address outside your radius. Signature Roofing Lead orders are final, so a row that turns out to be unusable is not replaced or refunded.

How does a Roofing Inbound Call work?

An Inbound Call is a homeowner who called about their roof, on the line when you answer. Most of the roofing market calls this a live transfer. A homeowner in your area calls about their roof, and we connect them to you live on the phone. You set the appointment. A call only counts toward your order once you're connected to the homeowner for 20 seconds. A call that rings out unanswered doesn't count and doesn't use up one of your calls. All calls are completed within 5 business days.

What does “Signature” mean?

It is the name of our flagship product, the Signature Roofing Lead. It does not mean the homeowner signed a document.

What area do I get?

Your area is one ZIP code and a radius of 25, 50, 75 or 100 miles around it. Type your ZIP into the order form and it shows the towns covered before you pay.

Why the minimums?

The minimums are 150 Signature Roofing Leads ($450) and 5 Roofing Inbound Calls ($750). Each list is built around one ZIP code and radius, so tiny orders are not worth the turnaround.

How fresh are these homeowners?

Every homeowner on your list asked about a roof 30+ days ago, so these are real roofing inquiries rather than names off a property record. That age is why a lead is $3. Some have hired someone since and some put it off, which is why we may send each homeowner on your list one text first and send you the ones who reply YES.

What if my area is thin?

If your radius cannot fill an order, All Service Leads widens the search outward from the same ZIP code until it does. Every order fills; nothing is delivered short and nothing is refunded.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Your list lives in your account, so links do not die and you can re-download it any time.

Can I call or text everyone on the list?

You can call or text anyone the federal and state rules allow, and following those rules is on you. Scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry under your own subscription and follow calling hours where the homeowner is. Full detail in the terms you accept at checkout.

Anything besides roofing?

No. Every Signature Roofing Lead and every Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner asking about the roof on their own home; roofing is the whole store.
