Roofing Lead Companies Compared: What They Charge in 2026

Signature Roofing Leads: $5 a lead, 50-lead minimum ($250 to start). Roofing Inbound Calls: $150 a call, 5-call minimum ($750 to start), a homeowner with a roof problem already on the line when you answer. How inbound calls work.

This page lists what nineteen roofing lead sources charge in 2026, across twenty rows, with the publisher, date and URL behind every figure. Nine rows carry a price the company publishes itself. The rest price by auction, by market or by quote, and for those the number here is a third-party report, labeled as one. Published prices run from about $0.25 for an aged lead, where Aged Lead Store says its pricing starts (March 20, 2026), to $481 for a lead from a Google Ads campaign a vendor manages for you (99 Calls, checked September 5, 2026). All Service Leads sells at $5.00 per Signature Roofing Lead with a 50-lead minimum, and $150.00 per Roofing Inbound Call with a 5-call minimum. All Service Leads also publishes this page, and two rows in the table are its own. It is a price table, not a ranking.

Every third-party number on this page is followed by its publisher, its date and its URL, so you can check it. All Service Leads is a lead vendor, and its own prices sit in the same tables as everyone else's.

Which roofing lead companies publish their prices, and what do they charge?

Nine of the twenty rows below carry a price the company publishes itself. Those published prices start at about $0.25, where Aged Lead Store prices aged leads, and reach $481 for a managed Google Ads lead. All Service Leads publishes $5.00 per Signature Roofing Lead and $150.00 per Roofing Inbound Call. Every other figure is a third-party report.

Twenty rows, one line per thing you can actually buy. The column that matters most is the second one, because the unit changes from row to row: a shared list row, a lead promised to one contractor, a homeowner connected to you live on the phone, a booked appointment, or a click you pay for out of your own ad budget. Prices are not comparable across those units, which is what the last section on this page is about.

Disclosure, in plain words: this page is published by All Service Leads, a company that sells roofing leads. Two rows in the table are ours, at $5.00 per Signature Roofing Lead and $150.00 per Roofing Inbound Call, and they sit in the same table as everyone else's on the same terms. Nothing here is ordered by quality, and no company on this page has been tested against another. For the wider market ranges rather than company by company, see how much roofing leads cost in 2026.

Where a company publishes nothing, the table says "not published" and names the reporter instead of guessing. Reports drift, and the clearest example is Minyona: its own page shows $50 to $200 per qualified lead and $200 to $400 per booked appointment, while VA Horizon's undated comparison, titled 2026 Pricing Compared, lists Minyona at $41 to $99 per lead and $75 to $150 per appointment. Both are in the table. Treat a company's own page as the stronger number and everything else as reporting.

Published by All Service Leads, which sells the last two rows. Prices were read on the dates shown next to each source. Third-party figures describe those companies as the reporter found them, not as the company states them.

Who has the cheapest roofing leads, and what is the catch?

The cheapest published roofing lead price starts at about $0.25 to $1.50 for an aged lead resold weeks or months after the homeowner asked (Aged Lead Store, March 20, 2026). All Service Leads is next at $5.00 per lead, with a 50-lead minimum. Both are list rows nobody called on your behalf, and neither is promised to one contractor.

Under $10 there are two published options and they are the same kind of product: a row of contact details you work yourself. Aged Lead Store publishes a price starting at about $0.25 to $1.50 per aged roofing lead and describes them as coming from consumers who filled out online forms weeks or months earlier (March 20, 2026). All Service Leads publishes $5.00 per Signature Roofing Lead, and the 50-lead minimum makes the smallest order $250.

The catch is the same for both and it is worth saying without decoration. Nobody has called the homeowner for you. The row is not promised to you alone. Contact, appointment and sale are all your work. What All Service Leads states about a Signature Roofing Lead is narrow on purpose: a homeowner who recently asked about a roof, with name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, delivered as a CSV file, and we deliver the list without contacting anyone on it.

The cheap row is not automatically the better buy, and it is not automatically the worse one. Aged Lead Store's own table puts shared leads at $20 to $75 and leads delivered to a single contractor at $50 to $150 or more (March 20, 2026), which is the market pricing competition rather than pricing the data. Whether $5 or $399 is the better spend depends entirely on the arithmetic in the last section, run with your own numbers.

How much does Angi cost a roofer, and is there a contract?

LeadTruffle reports Angi charging about $300 a year for membership plus $50 to $120 or more per roofing lead, and selling each lead to 3 to 8 contractors at once (February 3, 2026). Angi publishes no rate card. That report puts the term at 12 months with a 30% to 35% early-cancellation fee and 60 days notice.

Angi does not publish a rate card. The most detailed 2026 account is LeadTruffle's, published February 3, 2026: about $300 a year for membership, $15 to $85 per lead across trades with high-value trades pushing past $100, roofing at $50 to $120 or more, and each lead sold to 3 to 8 contractors at once. It also quotes one contractor being told the minimum ad spend was $400 a month.

Aged Lead Store's guide puts Angi at $15 to $85 or more per roofing lead and notes a possible monthly membership or advertising fee on top. It puts HomeAdvisor, part of the Angi network, at $15 to $75 or more, and says leads are shared, meaning multiple contractors receive the same lead (March 20, 2026). 99 Calls cites contractor guides at about $75 to $110 in many markets for HomeAdvisor (February 2, 2026, updated July 22, 2026). Those two HomeAdvisor figures do not agree. Both are shown, and neither came from Angi.

CraftJack, which appears in most older roundups of this category, no longer sells under its own name. craftjack.com returned a 301 redirect to signup.angi.com/pro when we fetched it on September 5, 2026. If a comparison page still lists CraftJack as a separate company with its own pricing, that page has not been checked recently.

What does a booked roofing appointment cost compared with a lead?

Published roofing appointment prices run from $110 to $400: Peak Marketing Service at $110 to $150 on an undated page, The Lead Giants at $175 to $200, VA Horizon at $199 plus a $300 setup fee, biddable at $399, and Minyona at $200 to $400 plus a setup fee. That is 22 to 80 times a $5 list row.

An appointment is a different product from a lead. Somebody has already spoken to the homeowner and put a time in a calendar, and the price reflects that labor. The published figures, all from the sellers' own pages except VA Horizon's summary of its competitors: Peak Marketing Service at $110 to $150 per appointment with no setup fee for text or email delivery and month-to-month terms; The Lead Giants at $200 each for a 10-appointment pack ($2,000 total), $190 each at 25 ($4,750) and $175 each at 50 ($8,750), with its pricing tiers listing No-show replacement and, in its own words, "No retainers. No contracts."; VA Horizon at $199 per booked appointment plus a $300 one-time setup fee; biddable at $399 per appointment; Minyona at $200 to $400 per booked appointment on top of a setup fee its page shows as $4,000 struck through to $2,000.

The up-front commitment moves with the price, and it changes the ranking. Ten appointments from VA Horizon is $300 plus $1,990, so $2,290, or $229 each. Ten from The Lead Giants is $2,000, or $200 each. The headline prices are $199 against $200, so the cheaper headline is the more expensive first order. When you compare appointment sellers, add the setup fee to the first order and divide again.

All Service Leads does not sell appointments. A Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner on the line, not a booked time slot: we call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. We do not set the appointment. If a calendar slot is what you want, the sellers above are the ones publishing prices for it.

What does a roofing inbound call or pay-per-call lead cost?

ActiveProspect puts pay-per-call roofing leads at $100 to $900 per call (March 2, 2026). 33 Mile Radius sells live inbound calls but publishes no rate, saying cost per lead varies by service area. All Service Leads charges $150.00 per Roofing Inbound Call, with a 5-call minimum, so $750.

Pay-per-call is the oldest version of this product: the homeowner is on the phone and you pay for the call. ActiveProspect's channel table puts roofing pay-per-call at $100 to $900 per call (March 2, 2026). 33 Mile Radius sells live inbound calls, states that each call is sent to a single partner, and charges no setup or monthly fees, but publishes only that "The exact cost per lead varies by service area" (fetched September 5, 2026). Service Direct sells a similar shape of product and its page says "Choose your Cost Per Lead based on the value you see and the amount of calls you want." ActiveProspect reports it at typically $30 to $100 per lead (April 2, 2026).

All Service Leads sells the Roofing Inbound Call: a homeowner with a roof problem who is already on the line when you answer. We do the dialing: we call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. No list to work, no voicemail, no chasing. You pick up, you set the inspection. $150 a call, 5-call minimum ($750 to start), completed within 5 business days. Those three confirmations are the entire claim; there is no other check on the homeowner or the property.

Two terms to know before you order one. A homeowner who answers no to any of the three confirmations is not connected to you and does not count against your order. A call you do not answer does count as delivered, and that homeowner's confirmed details are delivered to your account instead. There are no refunds and no cancellations after checkout.

Which roofing lead companies do not publish a price at all?

Nine of the twenty rows here carry a company-published price. The other eleven do not: Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Modernize, Networx, Service Direct, 33 Mile Radius, RoofClaim and Google set prices in-account or by quote across ten rows, and the eleventh, CraftJack, no longer sells under its own name. Every figure for them is a third-party report.

Not publishing a price is normal in this category and is not by itself a warning sign. Marketplaces price by auction and by market, and agencies price by scope. What it does mean is that no page on the internet, this one included, can tell you what you will pay. So here is what each of them actually says.

Service Direct: "Choose your Cost Per Lead based on the value you see and the amount of calls you want." Its page also states there is no term contract. 33 Mile Radius: "The exact cost per lead varies by service area", with no setup or monthly fees. Google Local Services Ads: you set a weekly budget and are charged for valid leads rather than clicks, and LeadTruffle's 2026 benchmark puts roofing at $79 with a $60 to $130 planning range. Modernize published no cost-per-lead figure on its pro marketplace pricing page, and RoofClaim none on its contractor page, when we fetched both on September 5, 2026, so their numbers in the table are BaaDigi's and ActiveProspect's reports rather than the companies' own.

Where a company does publish, hold it to what it printed. 99 Calls prints $54.99 flat per organic SEO lead next to nationwide averages of $135 to $481 per Google Ads lead and $79 to $177 per Local Services Ads lead. That is one company's leads ranging from $54.99 to $481 depending only on which channel produced them, which is a useful thing to see stated by a vendor rather than inferred from a roundup.

What does All Service Leads sell, and where does it sit in this table?

Two products, residential roofing only, United States. A Signature Roofing Lead is $5.00, minimum 50, so $250, delivered as a CSV of homeowner contact details. A Roofing Inbound Call is $150.00, minimum 5, so $750. Orders are placed by one ZIP code plus a radius, 25 to 100 miles.

All Service Leads sells residential roofing leads only: every lead is a homeowner asking about the roof on their own home, and it sells no commercial roofing leads. A Signature Roofing Lead is $5.00 per lead with a 50-lead minimum, so $250 to start, $4.50 each at 100 and $4.00 each at 200 or more, up to 2,000 per order. It is a CSV list of homeowner contact details: name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, delivered into your account within 2-3 business days with a text and an email carrying the link. We deliver the list without contacting anyone on it, so the knock, the call or the text is your work, including scrubbing against the National Do Not Call Registry under your own subscription.

A Roofing Inbound Call is $150.00 per call with a 5-call minimum, so $750 to start, and a maximum of 100 per order, completed within 5 business days. It is a homeowner with a roof problem, already on the line when you pick up: we call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone.

The terms, stated plainly, because terms are where lead buyers get surprised. Orders are placed by one ZIP code plus a radius of 25 to 100 miles. If the radius cannot fill the order, the search widens outward from the same ZIP code until it does, so every order fills and nothing is delivered short. An unusable row reported within 7 calendar days is replaced at no charge. There are no refunds and no cancellations after checkout. All Service Leads makes no claim of sole or one-time sale of any homeowner: radius circles drawn around neighboring ZIP codes overlap, and a homeowner inside your radius may also appear on another roofer's list. No contract, no subscription, no setup fee. The full terms are on the FAQ and at the terms page, and coverage by state is at locations.

How do you compare two roofing lead quotes when the unit is different?

Convert both to cost per booked job: price per unit divided by the share of those units you sign. A $5 lead at an assumed 10 percent close is $50 per job; a $399 appointment at an assumed 60 percent close is $665. Sticker price alone cannot answer the question.

The units in the table are not the same thing, so their sticker prices cannot be ranked against each other. A $5 list row, a $79 Local Services Ads lead, a $150 inbound call and a $399 booked appointment represent four different amounts of work already done for you. The single number that makes them comparable is cost per booked job.

The grid below divides each published price by four assumed close rates. The close rates are yours to supply. They are not results anyone measured, and they are certainly not results for All Service Leads customers, because All Service Leads publishes no close rate and no return figure of its own. Read across a row rather than down a column: a booked appointment closing at 50 percent and a raw list row closing at 5 percent are both plausible, while the same rate applied to both is not.

The second number worth computing is your break-even close rate: price per unit divided by your gross profit per job. Assume, as your own figure, $2,000 of gross profit on a roof. A $5.00 Signature Roofing Lead breaks even at a 0.25 percent close. A $124 Google Ads lead breaks even at 6.2 percent. A $150.00 Roofing Inbound Call breaks even at 7.5 percent. A $199 appointment breaks even at about 10 percent, and a $399 appointment at about 20 percent. Change the $2,000 to your own gross profit and every one of those moves.

Three practical rules when two quotes are in front of you. First, put the up-front commitment into the price: a setup fee, a credit deposit or a minimum pack is part of the cost of your first job, not a separate line. Second, ask how many contractors receive the same homeowner, because that number drives your close rate harder than anything a seller says about lead quality. Third, ask what the remedy is when a lead is unusable, get it in writing, and check whether it is a replacement or money back before you pay, because those are not the same thing.

Cost per booked job = price per unit divided by your close rate. Break-even close rate = price per unit divided by your gross profit per job. Both formulas take your numbers, not ours.
Cost per booked job at four assumed close rates. The prices are published or reported figures from the table above; the close rates are assumptions, not measured results.

Arithmetic only. No row is a forecast, and no close rate here was measured on All Service Leads leads or calls.

Frequently asked questions

Does All Service Leads promise that a lead goes only to me?

No. All Service Leads makes no claim of sole or one-time sale of any homeowner. Orders are cut from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, radius circles drawn around neighboring ZIP codes overlap, and a homeowner inside your radius may also appear on another roofer's list. What you pay for is the row at $5, or the confirmed call and connection at $150.

What happens if a row in the list is unusable?

It is replaced at no charge when you report it within 7 calendar days. What counts as unusable is named in the terms: a disconnected phone, an address outside the purchased radius, a duplicate row, or plainly not a real person. There are no refunds and no cancellations after checkout. On the inbound-call side, a homeowner who answers no to any of the three confirmations is not connected to you and does not count against your order, while a call you do not answer counts as delivered and that homeowner's confirmed details are delivered to your account instead.

What if my ZIP code and radius cannot fill the order?

The search widens outward from the same ZIP code until the order fills. Every order fills. Nothing is delivered short and nothing is refunded. That is why the order form shows you the towns inside your radius before you pay, so you can see the area you are buying.

Is this page a ranking of the best roofing lead companies?

No. It is a price table published by a lead vendor, All Service Leads, which sells two of the rows. Companies are grouped by what you buy rather than scored, no company here has been tested against another, and no row carries a quality judgment. If you want a ranking, this is not it.

Why do two sources give different prices for the same company?

Because most of these companies price by auction, by market and by negotiation rather than by rate card, so two reporters can both be right about different accounts. Where reports disagree, both are shown with publisher and date. Minyona is the sharpest example: its own page shows $50 to $200 per qualified lead and $200 to $400 per booked appointment, while VA Horizon's comparison lists $41 to $99 and $75 to $150. On appointments the two accounts are more than two and a half times apart.

Do the prices in the table include ad spend?

It depends on the row. For Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads the figure is what a lead cost when your own budget produced it, so the media is the price. For 99 Calls and Minyona there is management or a setup fee alongside it. Marketplace pay-per-lead prices are what you pay for the lead itself; the marketplace buys its own media.
