Roofing leads, two ways

A list you work yourself at $5 a lead, or a homeowner we have already called and confirmed, connected to your phone live at $150. One ZIP code, 25 to 100 miles around it, no contracts.

Roofing is a referral-and-storm business, and the gap between a busy season and a slow one is usually pipeline. There are two honest ways to fill it, and they suit different companies. If you have people who will knock and dial, a list of homeowners who recently asked about a roof is the cheapest ground you can cover. If you would rather not spend the day finding out who is real, we make the calls and connect you only to the homeowners who confirmed they want a quote.

What is a Signature Roofing Lead?

A Signature Roofing Lead is a homeowner near you who recently asked about a roof, delivered as a row in a list: name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, exactly as the row came to us. It costs $5 a lead with a 50-lead minimum ($250 to start), is ordered from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, and lands in your account within 2-3 business days; we deliver the list without contacting anyone on it, and "Signature" is the product's name, not a sign that the homeowner signed anything.

1. Tell us where you work

One ZIP code and how far you will travel. We show you the towns that radius covers before you pay.

2. We cut your list

Homeowners inside your radius who recently asked about a roof, cropped to the number of leads you ordered. Name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported for every one, exactly as the row came to us.

3. It lands in your account

Within 2-3 business days. We text and email you a link when it is ready; the list itself lives in your account so you can re-download it.

What is a Roofing Inbound Call?

A Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner with a roof problem who is already on the line when you answer. We do the dialing: we call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. No list to work, no voicemail, no chasing. You pick up, you set the inspection. $150 a call, 5-call minimum ($750 to start), completed within 5 business days.

1. Tell us where you work

The same one ZIP code and radius, plus the phone number you answer.

2. We call every homeowner

We phone every homeowner first and take them through the three confirmations. A homeowner who answers no to any of the three is not connected to you and does not count against your order. A call you do not answer does count: the homeowner's confirmed details are delivered to your account instead, and it is not replaced.

3. Your phone rings. You close.

The homeowner is already on the line when you pick up, waiting to talk about the roof. You set the inspection. Your calls are completed within 5 business days, and a record of every one lands in your account.

The Roofing Inbound Calls page covers this product on its own: the three confirmations, what happens to a call you do not answer, how it differs from a $5 list, and how $150 a call sits against published pay-per-call prices.

Roofing leads for door knockers and canvass teams

Signature Roofing Leads are roofing leads built for door knockers and canvass teams. At $5 a lead, a 100-lead order ($450) is 100 homeowners near you who recently asked about a roof, each with a name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported, exactly as the row came to us, delivered as a CSV file in your account that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM. You choose one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, and the order form shows the towns that radius covers before you pay. The list lands in your account within 2-3 business days. We deliver the list without contacting anyone on it; the knock is yours. Minimum 50 leads ($250); 200 or more are $4.00 each.

Inbound Calls are for the roofer who would rather pick up ten calls with a confirmed homeowner already on the line than make two hundred that mostly go nowhere.

How much do roofing leads cost?

Roofing leads from All Service Leads cost $5 a lead for a Signature Roofing Lead and $150 for a Roofing Inbound Call. Signature Roofing Leads have a 50-lead minimum, so $250 to start; 100 leads are $4.50 each and 200 or more are $4.00 each, up to 2,000 per order. Roofing Inbound Calls have a 5-call minimum, so $750 to start, and a maximum of 100 per order. Same rates in every state, charged once at checkout. No contract, no subscription, no ad-spend markup, no setup fee, and coupon codes do not apply to either product. Third-party price ranges and the cost per booked job are on our roofing leads cost page.

What areas do you cover?

Nationwide, one ZIP code at a time. You enter one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles around it; there is no ZIP list to build and no region to pick. See coverage by state. Both products are roofing only; that focus is deliberate. All Service Leads sells residential roofing leads only: every Signature Roofing Lead and every Roofing Inbound Call is a homeowner asking about the roof on their own home, and we do not sell commercial roofing leads.

What should you read before you buy?

Sourced buyer pages sit behind both products: what roofing leads cost in 2026, whether $5 leads are worth it, how a $5 list compares with a $150 inbound call per booked job, how many leads book one job, what shared and sole-buyer mean, and what the Do Not Call rules require.

Seven sourced buyer guides and the cost guide sit behind these two products: what roofing leads cost in 2026, whether $5 leads are worth it, how a $5 list compares with a $150 inbound call per booked job, how many leads it takes to book one job, what shared and sole-buyer actually mean, what nineteen other providers charge across twenty rows, the cheapest ways to get roofing leads at all, and what the Do Not Call rules require of you once you have the list.

Frequently asked questions

What do I actually get for $5 a lead?

The name, phone number, property address and reported roof issue of a homeowner near you who recently asked about a roof, exactly as the row came to us. We deliver the list without contacting anyone on it; knocking, calling or texting is your work, at your own pace.

How does a Roofing Inbound Call work?

We do the dialing. We call the homeowner, confirm they own the home, that they have a roof problem, and that they want a quote, then we connect them to you live on the phone. From your side, the phone rings with a confirmed homeowner already on the line; you pick up and set the appointment. A homeowner who answers no to any of the three is not connected to you and does not count against your order. A call you do not answer does count: the homeowner's confirmed details are delivered to your account instead, and it is not replaced. $150 a call, 5-call minimum ($750 to start), maximum 100, completed within 5 business days.

How fast do I get my order?

Signature lists arrive within 2-3 business days. Inbound Calls are completed within 5 business days, because every homeowner has to be phoned and confirmed first. Lists are cropped by hand, which is why they are business days rather than minutes.

What if my area does not have enough leads?

If your radius cannot fill the order, we widen the search outward from the same ZIP code until it does. Every order fills; nothing is delivered short and nothing is refunded.

Are Signature Roofing Leads shared with other roofers?

A shared roofing lead is a homeowner inquiry the seller sends to several contractors at once; industry sources describe three to five roofers per shared lead (BaaDigi, March 3, 2026), while a sole-buyer lead is one the seller promises to deliver to a single contractor. All Service Leads makes no claim of sole or one-time sale of any homeowner: orders are cut from one ZIP code and a radius of 25 to 100 miles, radius circles drawn around neighboring ZIP codes overlap, and a homeowner inside your radius may also appear on another roofer's list. What you pay for is the row itself at $5 per lead, or, with a Roofing Inbound Call at $150, our call confirming that homeowner and connecting them to you live.

What is an aged roofing lead?

An aged roofing lead is a homeowner inquiry that was submitted weeks or months earlier and is resold later at a low price; Aged Lead Store, a company that sells them, describes aged roofing leads as coming "from consumers who filled out online forms requesting roofing services weeks or months ago" and prices them from roughly $0.25 to $1.50 per lead (March 20, 2026, https://agedleadstore.com/roofing-leads-cost-guide/). All Service Leads does not sell leads by age and does not publish an age for any row, so Signature Roofing Leads carry no age label at all; what we do state is that every row is a homeowner who asked about a roof, with name, phone number, property address and the roof issue they reported. Signature Roofing Leads are $5 a lead with a 50-lead minimum ($250), delivered to your account within 2-3 business days.

Can I call or text everyone on the list?

That is your call to make and your responsibility to get right, including scrubbing against the National Do Not Call Registry under your own subscription and observing the calling-hours rules in your state. Our terms of service set this out in full and you agree to it at checkout.

Do you sell anything besides roofing?

No. Roofing leads and roofing inbound calls are the whole store.
